Following consideration of the examiner’s report, and the plan, as modified, by the Cabinet member for the Planning Department, Town and Parish Councils the plan will now proceed to referendum.
From 9:00 on 25 November, the Plan will take full effect, pending the result of the referendum, as per https://www.gov.uk/guidance/neighbourhood-planning–2#covid-19, and will be published on the CDC website here: https://www.cotswold.gov.uk/planning-and-building/planning-policy/neighbourhood-planning/kemble-and-ewen-neighbourhood-plan/
