Network Rail have advised that they are still investigating as the first tow survey done was inconclusive on whether could work could continue as per the design or whether a new design is needed. Another assessment was completed on the 27/01/2021 and once Network Rail receive the final report and recommendations from the Designer (due in two weeks time) they will provide an update.
